Article 6 of the Treaty of Paris, setting the stage for all subsequent European politics. The original iteration of this map was done ad-hoc and featured a few errors that have now been corrected. e350tb did specify that Switzerland remained unconquered during the war, so its falling under British trusteeship was a gaffe on my part; maybe the FWA just never followed up on it?
