The very first sketch I uploaded to the Internet. Good God, to think this represented the pinnacle of my skill at the time. The MiGs are alright, though. :p

While my first few drawings were mainly supplemental to larger comics, the switch to pencil-and-paper began a subtle shift in my narrative style toward a more "traditional" graphic novel structure. It also heralded the introduction of a number of characters from my aborted pre-DYOS comic, three of whom are featured here.
