Tsyler the Eldritch Boy by @rollee (Rollee Bitterblossom)

Sometimes I get to the point where I complete the design of a character but never actually get to use it.

This one got as far as getting a name, Tsyler, though his design phase code name was "Eldritch Boy." He was supposed to be used in an OCT but I never got around to it. His design is purposefully pretty messy but he does come pretty close to being too noisy. I still like him, but sadly he'll probably never be used
