The Republic of Coffee and Milk was west_india_man's country in Imperium Offtopicum IX, named for its chief exports. It was a mostly quiet peacebuild, apart from supplying nearly every coalition member during the beat-down of christos200's Spanish despotate.

Originally uploaded to the now-defunct IOT Wiki in 2019, replacing WIM's very dirty JPEG and normalizing resolutions. The canton is the flag of Minas Gerais, and translates as "Freedom albeit Late".
