This is Sanaa, a sun elemental. In my stories, magic divides the fifth classic element, the "ether" or "light" element, into four categories which have some overlap with one another. The "sun" element represents light that comes directly from a source. While elementals are not limited to location, many of them tend to gather in common locations based on their element.
Sanaa has an Arabic name and vaguely hails from Middle Eastern/North African regions. The Sun Calligraphy up in the corner does not feature vowel diacritics because, as I said, the fude-pen I used would not let me make such fine marks.
I like the design because it's something a little more radical compared to what I usually do. That's what makes designing elementals fun: being living magic, they do not have to conform to the practicalities or physical restrictions of clothing. You'll notice that Sanaa doesn't even have a belly button. That's because not only does she not worry about it, there is no practical reason for her to have one unless she's trying to fully imitate human form.
