The man with the mask has me morbidly curious about this film, but so far I'm turning up no leads online. Obscure property for sure.

@Thorvald: Yeah, I'll have to look for it here and there tbh. I think it's on Netflix, because I know Netflix can have some really strange movies sometimes, at least for the really obscure ones. I could be wrong. 

(I'll still look for it on Letterboxed in the 2017 movies section, since I founds Stiff Odds (2004) on there once.)
