Burchell's Zebras
Burchell's Zebras by @rainshadow (T. "Rain" Willard)

This was my first attempt with an all ink image. I think it turned out pretty well. My favorite part is the lack of outline. I had thought about adding a background, but I can't seem to bring myself to change it.

Wow, congradulations, this is a very well done picture. I like your near lack of outline on this, it adds to the effect. Again, very well done. - Rharwen

Your first all ink image? I wish my first inked drawing would have come out that nice. I especially like the zebra on the right's mane. As far as the background is comcerned, if I were you, I also would not bring myself to add one. Part of that is it would ruin the effect of the omitted outlines, and also, it would detract from the detail given to the zebra's faces. Actually maybe a zebra stripe background would be good. (just kidding). By the way, what did you use to ink it?

Well, I feel better now about not giving this one a background. Thanks again for all your feedback!!
