This is Tabuki and he belongs to Inercias_art in Artfol :)
He's the main villain from their future superhero novel and certainly couldn't resist to draw him ^^

I'm not a fan of the superhero genre, but when it comes to characters in that line,I feel more inspired to make them more dynamic, wether they are heros or villains (and for some reason, villains tend to have the coolest designs, haha)
