It's probably down to me currently bingeing OpenRA mods, but the drum & bass beat gives me Command & Conquer vibes... and not for the first time this month. :P
I'd mentioned HoMM3 before, but the GarageBand horns keep tickling my brain and It took me forever to figure out why: some years back I raided the Enemy Zero soundtrack as a substitute to the Modern Era music in Civ4. (Ironically I first discovered it via the 2002 score to Man with a Movie Camera.)
