Flag of Fascist Coruscant
Flag of Fascist Coruscant by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)

This design originally débuted in 2014 as the flag of Nova Terra, @GenMarshall's Panamanian dictatorship in IdIOT. It was subsequently repurposed as the flag of the National Party of Coruscant, and by extension, the Starwind régime if-and-when At Plot's End continues. As frustrating as I find how easy it is to link the symbology CG uses to whatever's floating his fancy at the given moment (his Future Plans™ for Coruscant involve reorganizing its Terran holdings into 13 Districts), the evolution of the Republic starbird into a menacing raptor is as deliciously poetic as it was likely unconscious.

Originally uploaded to the now-defunct IOT Wiki in 2015, copied to the DYOS Wiki 2016. Adapted from the Imperial German tricolour, incorporating the five stars from the flag of Singapore. Panem Capitol Seal by trebory6.

The 13 "Districts" idea came from Fallout lore with the 13 Commonwealths, long before The Hunger Games even popped into pop culture.
