Tanks for the Memories by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)

My ninth submission to DYOS VI.

Whenever I talk about poetic dialogue, I think specifically of this comic. Not so much because it's poetry, but because it reads so theatrically over-the-top. Nowadays I'd be hard-pressed to use such flowery phrasing, at least partly because our more self-conscious stories don't offer a ready venue for such eccentricity.

This is another comic that was visibly inferior as JPEG. That said, sharp bright red on full green is probably just as textually infuriating.
