DYOS 10 had a conclusion, in the sense that we all recognized a common point at which to end it. But as demonstrated here, the aftermath of the Avatar Wars and the Race for the Gem have produced more questions than answers. As a whole, Part II runs on a darker tone than iterations fore and aft, its very introduction riddled with fear and uncertainty.

Roughly translated, the phone call reads as follows:

HOLY [censored] ON A [censored] CRACKER WITH [censored] ON TOP! THE MANIAC! HE BLEW IT UP!! DAMN YOU AGAIN! [censored] MILITSIYA COULD NOT DO A [censored]-[censored] THING! WHAT THE [censored] WAS THAT?! I AM NOT TRAINED TO DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF CRISIS! AND WHERE THE HELL ARE THE VDV?! SWEET MOTHER MARY! AND YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE JAWS ON THAT THING! OH MY GOD!
