DYOS 10.5: Plans Within Plans

Meanwhile...
Meanwhile... by @Thorvald (El Thorvaldo)

My 24th submission to DYOS X.ii. [link]

Points of interest:

  • I was originally supposed to do more concerning the Union's reaction to Coruscant's atomic bombing, but as the plot advanced this became too awkward and was relegated to the ether of 'behind the scenes'.
  • This is the first appearance of Kirill Gedeonin, first mentioned in the second round of Toyoda Papers published in August 2009. Technically, he has not yet been identified within the comic itself.
  • This comic was created at the beginning of April 2010, not long after the Moscow subway bombings.
  • This was my attempt to bring Patton's quest for the Death Bar plans back into the picture.
  • I REGRET EVERYTHING!! I REGRET EVERYTHING I'VE EVER DONE!!says2plz
  • "Do They Know It's Christmas?" is one of the most patronizing, Western-centric pieces of sentimental, self-congratulatory trash ever put to record.
