i've been busy sleepng for 2 days straighy...it happens simetimes sorry it doesn't matter how much i sleep ibstill wake up exhausted

I know that feel. You may be familiar with the term "sleep deficit": it's not just that you've had a bad night, sustained lack of sleep drags you down, and until you've 'paid back' that debt, the fatigue will linger. My New Zealand trip was some of the best rest of my life, largely because I was taken out of my routine and was actually managing early nights and regular mornings.
The hardest part of good sleep hygiene is sticking to a regular schedule, but if you manage that, the body's pretty good about getting back into rhythm.
