@Thorvald: Yeah, I don't have other options which isn't helping either. I guess I can code a little spot for my youtube video archive on my personal website too, I'm still thinking of using Wordpress as a building block for it. (I'm mostly using Rumble and Odysee as an alternative place to upload, I still don't like the guilt by association thing that happens online either, I kind if get why but that'll make some people want to isolate themselves, imo.) I also feel like the far-left alternatives wouldn't work out either but I haven't seen any so I'll wait and see tbh, I've heard of Tribal but that's a Twitter alternative than anything. I feel a little bit better now.

Why I seriously despise hackers 100% of the time…
I hate how most of them just take over a person’s account and destroy just for attention and money, YouTube included, I’m so upset with how garbage YouTube is towards people’s channels getting hijacked, and what to the YouTube user get? A middle finger from an automated message, I seriously hate humans so much sometimes… YouTube’s staff/mod bots are all useless nowadays, fricking frick YouTube, and frick hackers, I hate all hackers in general, I hope they all disappear from planet Earth one day. I’m so mad.
(I know I shouldn’t be pissed off about a channel on YT I like getting deleted by a brain let hacker, but it still sucks that YouTube is 100% useless, I hope YouTube croaks, I swear, companies are committing self-deletion over advertisers.)

@Thorvald: I was also going to mention Lemmy, but that site sucks just by how echochamber-y it is most of the time when it comes to Left-leaning stuff in general.
@Thorvald: Ikr, lol!
Well, black hats certainly, but hackers have been invaluable for modding.
But yeah, YouTube's management has been a joke for over a decade at this point. The problem is there's no real replacement: DailyMotion is even more commercialized, less regulated, and has been sued several times for copyright infringement, Vimeo skews toward professional creators and is pretty limited if you don't pay in. Meanwhile every "AltTube" I've seen (Rumble, Odysee &c.) is beholden to the dregs that got kicked off other platforms, so you're basically tainted simply by association. :/
