And so we have my first sketches of myself and CivGeneral; cheap-ass backgrounds would become my standard. It's an old page for sure, but Panel 2 has held up surprisingly well for three-some years, rough though it is.

@Warehouse_Rabbit: I've been debating for years digging out the original sketch for a better-fidelity scan. I don't know exactly what changed, but in the later threads you'll notice the lines become a lot smoother.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, it's the origin of Thorv's avatar
