@fragmented_imagination: That's actually one of my stealth references: you've seen me use OFP in many comics, and the original soundset gave most of the tracked vehicles squeaky wheels. It's probably no surprise the game that effectively invented the milsim vidjagaem genre took the time to make sure you could tell who you're fighting simply by audio. :p

More Gmod goofiness. The L4D Tanks always struck me as similar to the Brutes from Yuri's Revenge, as this comic attests. Back in the day there weren't a lot of models, with the result that the only Russian-looking tanks I could use are these hilariously disproportionate T-72s by UltaPonch. Somewhere during my addon shuffling I overwrote the default blood splatter with the one from TF2, which frankly I think is a lot easier to see and really should get around to replacing if I ever get Gmod 13 working.
