Speaking as someone entirely "self-taught" (read: mess about and see what works) and whose general penmanship is atrocious, there's a lot I envy in your style. :3 Given how one of the first casualties of this AI nonsense is that everything's starting to look the same, idiosyncrasy is to be cherished.

For the record, I've only seen "sheltered artist" bandied about to slur people for lack of imagination (usually due to a dearth of world experience). Fantastic inspiration would seem antithetical to that notion.

I've taken art classes but I've mostly learn how to draw myself and found a art style I like. I also don't go out much but sometimes I really want too.
