A late-joiner to IOT XIV, NinjaCow64 injected himself into France's beachhead onto Britain to become the game's third matriarchal state, after the Indonesian civil war. Whereas Omega124 played hers firmly tongue-in-cheek, NC's opening post confirmed he was gunning for total memery, describing it as "The North Korea to France's China".

This is an SVG remake of a flag seen during the 2009 Mardi Gras celebration in Sydney, Australia, submitted as a GIF to Flags of the World by Tomislav Todorovic later that year. While both use a 3:5 ratio, my original upload to the IOT Wiki used the wider naval ensign; this package contains both files.
