@Agondray: It's funny, the first thing I thought of was Radio Commander/Radio General. That's right, I have TWO nickels..!

@Cynicallia: Admittedly, I only know a 25 or so words in Russian. When given enough time to slowly pace myself through a sentence, I can kind of understand. Somewhat. I reget not adding more details to the walls, but it is visually busy enough :)
@ragukokarn: It's my best friend's native tongue, so I've been teaching myself to read Russian so I can understand the comics she sends me. 😅 It's been a fun one to learn. A lot of it feels so similar to English that I can infer a good amount before I need to run over to the translator for help. It makes sense that most of the detail would be on the radio, and that the room itself would be unremarkable. The only thing I would have added would be clocks.
That radio control nostalgias me so hard. I had a portable radio from the Eighties that was chock full of buttons and knobs, and the power switch's *k-chik* paired off beautifully with the [THOOMP] of the sound cutting out. I get a chill just thinking of it. :B
@Thorvald: Yeah, I know exactly the feeling you describe! The old analogue sound of sturdy switches and some times even relay clicking in the heart of it all. All that goodness. (all that is missing is the wood grain elements.. maybe..)
Woah, this is impressive! It looks like it could a screenshot for some of kind of game!
