All joking aside, @BadKarma accepted my volunteer for modship back in April when membership spiked. It still hasn't been officially announced and I don't actually have staff controls (I think he may still be coding moderator roles), but I've been advising him of procedural issues and trying to keep upload ratings in order in the mean time.
