An elder resident of Kitami, first appearing (unnamed) during CivGeneral's original search for Mr. Toyoda during DYOS X, and identified to choxorn in DYOS X.ii as one of the two most knowledgeable people about him by Shuji Tanaka. Yasunari has known Toyoda since his birth, expounding upon his ethic as a universal rebel and the personal ties that anchor him to the city specifically. Alongside Kuraki Tojikawa, he originates outside DYOS as part of Toyoda's social circle.
