Resident of Kitami and bearer of far more knowledge about the DYOS X.ii plot than a civilian reasonably should. Identified to choxorn as one of the two most knowledgeable people about Mr. Toyoda by Shuji Tanaka, Kuraki explains the nature of the Gargantua and its connection to the Gem. Alongside Yasunari Narakane, she originates outside DYOS as part of Toyoda's social circle.

• 'Kuraki' was sourced from the singer Mai Kuraki; the origin of 'Tojikawa' I no longer remember, but may have mashed up on my own inspiration.
• Several bust portraits were provided to choxorn and @GenMarshall for use in their own comics; her exchange with Brusilov and several draft scripts were also prepared for chox. Due to how events timed out, I ended up doing the pages myself and incorporating these templates.
