How it’s kind of hilarious that there’s people (jokingly) shipping Napoleon and Alexander I of Russia.

I’m hoping to find this strange low budget superhero movie I saw with my family in 2017, and whenever I get the name of this movie, I’ll put it in my windows notepad. Including names of obscure YouRube channels and stuff too.

Am thinking back to the old DA expos people used to be able to go to and how nice it would be to have one again or if maybe they'd let me host my own.

Watching embedded captioning on YouTube Shorts™ is hammering home how subtitling has become substantially worse over the last couple decades. I'm an avid Downfall parody enjoyer and was always bugged by amateur editors that clipped their captions to the audio, whereas I always let mine linger for about a second afterward—but now official subtitles in both movies and games are doing it, which rather defeats the point of accessibility. (And the number of times it's printed so small you need a Jumbotron to even see it is way more than it should be.) :/ Meanwhile, Shorts flash one or two words at a time like some ADD advertisement.

At least TV live captions still seem to remember to give the viewer time to read the text.

Since having a cold yesterday (or so, my throat did feel like crap at first on Friday and Saturday but it got better during those days) I have been thinking positively about how I'll have a good Halloween night as I should be better before then.

Of course, as much as I'd like to get the worst of this cold over with, it's still going to suck going through it. I like being able to smell and taste.

Thinking about how my Halloween special this year might turn into something that will end up with me developing the fear of fruit.
