Rest in peace WYSP.

You were a great art site, much loved by many. You gave us both freedom and fair regulation, you were home to some of the most unique artists I've ever seen.

You were run out of Western Samoa and you just wanted us to create.

I'm saddened at your shutting down, as it was one of the few art sites I felt I belonged to.

But I am also thankful I have found Side7 and that some friends from Wysp were able to come over to Side7.

I hope to see more sites of your kind be created and running by brave people for the good of all artists online.

I'd heard of Wysp but never checked it out. What was it like?

It's fantastic.

It's like having sex with a basketball.

I had an account on there but it wasn't a very useful website, on account of the difficulty of posting anything that wasn't anthro. They were very particular and that tends to make websites go down. I hope it can remanifest itself somewhere.

That's a thing? I learn something new everyday. No wonder they call him... magic johnson.

I saw plenty of furry art on that site when I still had an account there. Anthros are humanoids after all. Most ferals were fantasy creatures.

I think I saw that site once, why did it get shut down though? (I hope it’s not a repeat of what happened to Paigeeworld.)
